View My WorkAbout Me
Information Scientist & Tech Innovator
I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Science with a minor in Business at the University of Colorado Boulder (graduating May 2026). My passion lies at the intersection of technology, data, and business strategy.
My journey in tech has taken me from software development internships at Vidsig, where I collaborated with teams to enhance digital platforms, to hands-on roles at Safeway as a Produce Clerk, where I honed my organizational and customer service skills. These diverse experiences have shaped my ability to approach problems from multiple angles.
I believe in using technology not just for innovation’s sake, but to solve real-world problems and create meaningful impact. Whether it’s analyzing FBI crime data, visualizing Spotify artist networks, or researching user experiences, I’m driven by curiosity and a commitment to making data-driven decisions that matter.
My Projects
Spotify Artist Network Visualization
Developed a Python program using the Spotify API to map networks of related artists and visualize genre connections. Implemented recursive data collection to trace multi-level artist relationships and created an interactive web-based visualization showing how artists and genres interconnect across Spotify’s recommendation system.
FBI Most Wanted Data Analysis
Collected and analyzed data from the FBI Most Wanted API and external CSV datasets to map fugitive locations and activity patterns. Built interactive Python visualizations (Folium, Pandas, Matplotlib) to identify regional crime trends and correlations across states. Performed geospatial analysis to explore relationships between geography and fugitive capture success.
Yelp Data Analysis Project
Analyzed large Yelp datasets using SQL and Google BigQuery to extract meaningful insights about business trends. Focused on patterns in customer reviews and ratings to understand consumer preferences across various business sectors. Provided visualizations and a summary report to highlight significant trends in consumer behavior and business performance.
Survey Research and Analysis Project
Conducted survey research targeting students to gather insights on experiences with school websites and technology usage. Analyzed data from over 100 responses to evaluate usability, satisfaction, and areas for improvement in school digital platforms. Provided actionable recommendations for enhancing user experience.
ChessPlayerRatingPredictor
Predicts Chess player rating of select information given from a game
Blind Chess Trainer
Built a comprehensive web-based chess training application featuring three game modes: Square Color Recognition, Piece Movement Training, and Knight Tour Challenge. Developed using vanilla JavaScript with dynamic DOM manipulation and implemented chess movement validation algorithms. Features real-time scoring, piece visualization controls, and an interactive interface for improving chess visualization skills.
Resume
