How it works
You can't move a running process from one terminal to another on macOS very reliably. But Claude Code saves every session to disk, and claude --resume picks one back up with the full context. So /link finds the current session's ID, grabs my Mac's Tailscale address, creates a tmux session with a fixed name, and types the resume command into it without pressing Enter so it doesn't fight the live session.
Because the tmux session name never changes, the startup command in Termius on my phone never changes either. I set it up once, then it's tap, Enter, and I'm back in the same conversation.
Limits
Mac only, and it needs Remote Login, Tailscale on both devices, and Termius. If two sessions saved in the same second it can grab the wrong one. You also have to exit on the desktop before resuming on the phone.
